The contemporary expression of the fourth generation of winemakers in the family. A story that begins in the 18th century, full of successes, vicissitudes, losses, and rejections, but that was never wasted in oblivion and managed to carve its way after many long years. The withered ochre vineyard, the dusty and empty oak barrel, the old overturned demijohns come to life in our Finca el Symbol, today being the site that gathers our vineyards located at an altitude of 1,520 meters, between valleys and mountains of the Potrero river. A blend of flavors and the properties of the terroir allow us to create unique and intense pleasures for the palate today, like our award-winning wine at La Rural de Palermo in July 2019, as "The best Malbec."
