Maynue's
We are a family business dedicated to the production of the first ready-to-spread walnut cream or paste called: MAYNUE’S and HIGOBON, both names and products duly patented. With Maynue’s cream, we started our activity in 2016, the year we were awarded the 1st Prize for the Idea and Project of the Agro Emprende 2016. The range of applications is extensive, such as being the filling for alfajores, cubanitos, cake decoration, desserts, etc. This is how the idea of HIGOBON was born, which consists of filling a fig with Maynue’s and coating it in chocolate, turning this fruit into a true delight in the confectionery sector.
