Flavors of the highlands is a Catamarca venture that produces food (Yerba Mate and Artisan tea), based on Yerba Mate (Ilex Paraguariensis) and Tea (Camellia Sinensis). Recovering the responsible use of native medicinal herbs for the preparation of blends of them. Fostering a gourmet product of excellent quality, which can be safely used to flavor the brewed mates and/or for rich and healthy infusions.
